On April 8-9, 2025, the kick-off meeting for the CNOOC Shell Huizhou Phase III Ethylene Core Plant project was held at the Hangzhou headquarters of Zhejiang Hangzhen Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Led by China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and Shell Petrochemical Co., Ltd., in collaboration with leading design units in the industry chain such as China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., CNOOC Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., and Jingding Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., multiple technical teams gathered at Hangzhen Energy Headquarters to conduct in-depth technical docking on six sets of steam jet vacuum systems and their supporting equipment for SHF&LAO&ID&GHO&BD&EO/EG units,
Due to various factors such as high vacuum capacity, large process gas volume, and the first set of vacuum systems in China, SHF and LAO in the 6 vacuum systems undertaken by Hangzhen Energy this time have made the significance of this opening particularly significant. Through a two-day professional docking, all work progress has been very smooth, and the attending experts have also given high praise to our company's technical level.
